      Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Risk Compliance, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services

      Todd Cooper is the vice president and general manager of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Enterprise Risk Compliance business line, which includes its ARC Logics for Financial Services enterprise risk management offering. The solution suite enables financial organizations in Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region to holistically measure, monitor and manage regulatory compliance, operational and financial risks across their businesses.

      With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Todd is a foremost expert at helping organizations develop and implement automated strategies for addressing compliance requirements and risk at the enterprise-level. Prior to his current role, Todd led the Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Financial Crimes Control and Consumer Compliance business lines. During this time, he worked directly with dozens of the largest financial institutions in the United States as well as with federal financial regulatory agencies to create innovative technology and business process solutions used to manage both compliance and operational risk.

      Todd has also advised federal regulatory agencies on changes with the 2000 census demographics, the heavily revised 2003 U.S. Office of Management and Budget, Metropolitan Division/metropolitan statistical area definitions and the impact of both on Community Reinvestment Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and fair lending requirements.

      In addition, he is a frequent speaker, commentator and author for numerous leading financial services industry trade associations and publications.

      Todd holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Emerson College in Boston and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mercer University in Macon, Ga.
