       Seamus O’Farrell is the managing director for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Ireland, where he responsible its overall strategy and operations for ARC Logics, as well leading ARC Logics’ sales team.

      Seamus has more than 25 years of experience in working with and developing risk management and reporting solutions for global financial institutions. In 1995 in conjunction with Swiss multinational Comit Gruppe, Seamus co-founded the company that developed Sword. Sword is a software solution that helps companies address operational risk, internal audit, and corporate governance issues. The product has more than 3,000 users in financial firms across 23 countries.

      Prior to that, Seamus was a consultant with Quay Financial Software, one of Ireland’s early software firms specialising in risk management and analysis. Before that he worked for Unilever and SG Warburg in London, where he was a Business Systems analyst and Equity Trading Systems manager respectively.

      Seamus holds a Primary degree in Economics & Engineering Science from Trinity College Dublin. He is also a graduate of the “Leadership for Growth” program at Stanford University.
