Raffi Festekjian is president of the Risk & Compliance unit of
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. He is responsible for the overall
strategic direction of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Enterprise
Risk Management, Consumer Compliance, Financial Crime, Securities Tax
Compliance, and Insurance lines of business. He reports directly to the
chief executive officer of Wolters Kluwer Financial & Compliance
Services.
Festekjian has more than 20 years of experience in financial
services. He joined Wolters Kluwer Financial Services in 2004 when the
organization acquired PCi. As co-founder of PCi, an industry-leading
business that specialized in addressing fair lending, Community
Reinvestment Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and predatory lending
requirements, Festekjian provided strategic direction for its product
lines, including sales, product enhancements and delivery. Under his
leadership, PCi became one of the largest providers of compliance
solutions to the financial services industry.
Prior to founding PCi, Festekjian was a consultant and investment
banker at Keller Management, Inc. where he specialized in aiding
capital-deficient community banks through operations consulting, and the
recapitalization or sale of the institution. He also worked in product
management at Proctor & Gamble, and as a civil engineer in the
construction industry.
Festekjian received an M.B.A., with distinction, from the J.L.
Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a B.S. in Engineering from
American University of Beirut.
