AuthenticWeb for UM/UIM Coverage Rejection Forms
Two events involving different customers encouraged us to provide this service. In both cases, the companies were held liable for losses triggered by U.S. Automobile Uninsured or Underinsured Motorist coverage. Each instance had the same theme – the insured was carrying basic limits on these coverages and suffered a loss that required payments far beyond the limits reflected on the policy. The carrier, however, ended up paying for the claim anyway because their underwriting file did not have a signed “Selection/Rejection” form consistent with that state’s law. AuthenticWeb for UM/UIM Coverage Rejection Forms is a web-based service that enables users to electronically access our U.S. state compliant forms and supplemental regulatory summaries addressing all state's mandated UM/UIM primary automobile coverage rejection items that must be confirmed in writing.
