Wolters Kluwer Financial Services Appoints Mark Coronna Executive Vice President of Securities Compliance and Insurance


MINNEAPOLIS – (Dec. 10, 2007) – Wolters Kluwer Financial Services today announced that Mark Coronna has been named executive vice president of its Securities Compliance and Insurance groups. In this new role, Coronna will be responsible for the company’s overall growth in its securities and insurance businesses, which have operational centers in New York City, Waltham, Mass. and Riverwoods, Ill. Coronna, who has more than 25 years experience in the financial services and technology industries, has a long and successful track record of building new businesses and managing product growth. Most recently, he served as chief marketing officer for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, where he provided strategic and operational leadership for all marketing-related functions of the business.

Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Coronna was chief operating officer for a leading Internet-based expense management technology company, where he directed all of the company’s product management, development, IT and services delivery operations and customer service functions. He was also senior vice president, chief information officer and general manager in the Payments division of U.S. Bank. “Mark brings a wealth of experience in product and business development, as well as marketing and sales, which puts him in a unique position to provide guidance and leadership in all areas of our Securities Compliance and Insurance businesses,” said Brian Longe, president and chief executive officer for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. “With his leadership, I am confident we will continue to strengthen our presence in these very important markets.”

Coronna is a patent author on a variety of online business processes designed to improve business-to-business collaboration and is an adjunct professor with Bethel University M.B.A. program in St. Paul, Minn. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
